Dr. Pam Nicholls

Associate Veterinarian

Originally from Douglas, Wyoming, Dr. Pam Nicholls graduated from Colorado State University—where she completed both her undergraduate and veterinary studies—in 2013. She joined Sploot in 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Nicholls finds joy in working with puppies and kittens but is most fulfilled by forming meaningful relationships with pet parents to create positive outcomes for their furry family members. Her professional interests include soft tissue surgery, preventative care, wound management, and senior pet care with a focus on pain management.

Growing up on a farm and actively participating in 4-H sparked Dr. Nicholls’ lifelong love for animals. She spent her youth riding and showing horses and initially pursued vet school to become an equine veterinarian. After graduating, she spent her first year in clinical practice at a rural, mixed-animal clinic, working with everything from turtles and birds to cows, pigs, and goats.

In her free time, Dr. Nicholls enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, camping, hiking, and baking. She loves spending time with her husband and their furry family of four dogs and two cats.
