How do you ensure my pet and I are safe from transmissible diseases

At Sploot, we put your and your pet’s health and safety as a top priority. We take the following measures to avoid the transmission of disease: 

• We thoroughly disinfect shared surfaces and equipment between patients.
• We thoroughly sterilize surgical and dental instruments after each use, ensuring that potentially harmful pathogens do not persist on equipment after use. 
• We have HEPA filters in every exam room and in common spaces. (Trapping 99.9% of dust, mold spores, bacteria, and other airborne contaminants, HEPA filters help us ensure that circulated air is clean).
• In case we are treating a patient that is confirmed or suspected of having an infectious disease, we follow a strict protocol to isolate them and limit exposure to the other patients.
